Broad Function

The HSE Administrator is responsible for supporting the overall compliance and administration of Brock’s HSE programs.

Essential Functions
- Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s B_safe _and _Bbest _culture in all aspects of the business
- Conduct HSEQ training and orientations
- Assists in the development and review of jurisdictional audits along with identifying systemic trends that impact the organization and strategizing on proper corrective actions.
- Assist with emergency response
- Assist with development and implementation of HSEQ programs and procedures
- Provides technical guidance on procedures and processes to assure employee safety and compliance with applicable regulations and/or consensus standards
- Maintain metrics and KPIs
- Monitor and maintain HSE compliance systems
- Assist in the preparation of client data reports
- Perform sampling and monitoring where required
- Assist with incident investigations and report preparation
- Assist with the continuous improvement of the corporate wide HSEQ program
- Assist with the development and maintenance of an effective HSEQ Program which complies with applicable regulations and requirements, corporate policies, and Client requirements
- Assist HSE management with presentations and data gathering
- Provide consultation on development and implementation of HSE standards, programs, and management systems
- Manage Client required qualification database programs
- Manage the Corporate HSEQ qualification process for potential and current subcontractors to ensure compliance with Corporate and Client requirements
- Aid in other company functions as needed (i.e., investigations, incident management, etc.).
- Manage Client required qualification database programs
- Liaise with internal and external business partners to drive safety improvement and compliance initiative
- Represents HSEQ in a positive way, encourages safe behavior and incident reductions
