**OVERVIEW**

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience with Fleet Administration is an asset
- Strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word
- Strong teamwork attitude with the ability to work independently
- Must have high attention to detail
- Thrives in fast paced environments
- Ability to manage large volume of data entry while maintaining accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, organizing and directing the functions and activities related to servicing, operation, maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles.
- Help to assure vehicle-related functions and activities comply with established laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate vehicle maintenance, including the service and repair functions to identify needs and determine financial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Ensure monthly maintenance and mileage readings on all company vehicles are collected and recorded.
- Administration of all unit files, auditing unit files, scanning until files.
- Administration of Asset Works Maintenance module.
- Administrate GPS monitoring maintenance alerts and reporting.
- Responds to requested from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is filed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Occasional travel to various Vertex office or sites.
- Other general administrative and projects tasks that are assigned.

- This position will be based out of our Sherwood Park location.
