**What will you do?**

As a Bilingual Collections Specialist, you are responsible for managing a group of customer accounts with similar nature of tasks for day-to-day work, weekly & monthly deliverable. Focus on key goals like days sales outstanding, bad debt reservice and aging bucket goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with various departments to resolve issues
- Populate excel spread sheets regarding large dollar issues bad debt reserve.
- Co-ordinate issues on B2B accounts
- Work in customer portals
- Identify credit risks
- Work with 3rd party collection agency.

**How will you get here?**

Education and Experience:

- Minimum College Diploma in Business/Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of related experience preferably in accounts receivable
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills, strong overall PC skills
- Fluently bilingual in English and French - oral and written
- Ability to work independently but also within a team environment with a dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Stong keyboarding and typing skills
