Le technicien comptable effectue divers travaux en lien avec le cycle comptable complet des comptes fournisseurs et ce pour l’ensemble des entités du Groupe. Il contrôle les différentes étapes, communique avec les personnes concernées pour obtenir ou fournir certaines informations et procède à des analyses et des conciliations de comptes.

Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes:
- Procéder au traitement complet des comptes-fournisseurs incluant la validation des natures de dépenses, des approbations, de l’appariement, des aspects fiscaux et du paiement.- Effectuer à l’aide des systèmes informatiques des transactions comptables, incluant la préparation et la comptabilisation des écritures de journal mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.- Contrôler les rapports et effectuer divers travaux d’analyse.- Communiquer ou répondre à nos partenaires (clients, partenaires, fournisseurs) externes et internes afin d’obtenir ou de fournir certaines informations relatives à nos activités.- Participer au processus annuel de vérification des livres de la Société en procédant à certaines conciliations, analyses de comptes et préparation du dossier de fin d’année.

Vos qualifications et talents:
- DEC en administration, option finance ou l’équivalent- 2 années d'expérience pertinente au poste- Bonne connaissance de la langue française parlée et écrite- Avoir des aptitudes pour les communications orales- Connaissance de base du logiciel Excel
