**About us**

Happy Food Hub in Oakville's Bronte Harbour is a modern food hall featuring Cluck 'N Boom, The Outrageous Ice Cream Company and Kathiwala. Just some of the offerings include Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Chicken Tenders, Smash Burgers, Kathi Rolls, Milkshakes, Gelato Ice Cream, Cotton Candy, Stuffed Cookies, and much more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing our guests with outstanding hospitality by being courteous, genuinely friendly, attentive, efficient, accurate, and anticipating their needs.
- Able to effectively communicate, comprehend and anticipate the needs of our guests.
- Take orders from guests, asking pertinent questions, checking for accuracy, and entering them into a point-of-sale system.
- Able to learn menu items and execute recipes.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines including proper hygiene, sanitation, and food rotation.
- Communicate and work well with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and to ensure guests are looked after at all times. Be a great team player.

**Skills**:

- Food handling experience preferred
- Courteous and kind
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
