**Job Summary**:
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Introduce innovative ideas to elevate current campaigns and shape future initiatives.
- Lead and actively manage the testing roadmap for channels, collaborating with peers to devise strategies aimed at influencing desired behaviors among our audience.
- Create automated communication triggers and pathways designed to drive business results, focusing on scalable opportunities with significant impact.
- Validate assumptions and hypotheses through rigorous testing, ensuring that our market strategies are well-founded.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams including business and analytics to ensure flawless execution of plans and programs.
- Manage the content review process, from creation through approvals, quickly and efficiently
- Craft customer-centric and data-driven creative briefs that ignite creativity in internal agencies and agile creative teams.
- Maintain organized project management processes to keep initiatives on track and meet deadlines effectively.
- Monitor post-campaign member and channel engagement, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for future actions.
- Play a key role in achieving business objectives, brand goals, and KPIs through your strategic contributions.
**What You'll Bring to the Role**:
- University or college degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in marketing (B2B2C or B2C experience a plus)
- Understanding and continual curiosity in the space of digital marketing platforms, innovation and consumer engagement
- Experience in fast paced, ever-changing environments
- Strategic and results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills
- Strong project management chops with the ability to prioritize multiple and complex projects.
- Experience working in agile environments a plus
- Good judgment and experience in the development of creative/communications
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Base Salary Range- $65,000—$83,750 CAD**Why we're awesome**:
