**About Us**:
MNG International is a premier importer and wholesaler of high-quality spices, serving clients across Canada and the USA. We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Warehouse Manager** to oversee operations at our Whitby location, ensuring efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and team management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Implement and manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
- Schedule work shifts, delegate tasks, and monitor employee performance.
- Address staff concerns and provide feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight carriers, and customers to resolve any logístical challenges.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to reduce workplace hazards.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to align warehouse activities with company objectives.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
