**Job Duties**
- Manage the reception, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouses.
- Ensure all orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Maintain strict control over customer inventory stored in order to meet internal and external demand of product.
- Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
- Develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and/or hazardous materials.
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Participate in regular Business Development meeting with Sales Leader and other appropriate supervisory staff members to discuss new opportunities, changes in the marketplace, areas of improvement, etc. These are forward focused and strategy refinement sessions.
- Recognize and reward employees whose efforts and contributions have been above and beyond (through verbal acknowledgement, Work recognition, gift certificate, letter from you, etc.).
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination.
- Conduct periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, or equipment.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.
- [2] years of direct work experience in a warehouse management function or supply chain management position.
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Direct knowledge of WHMIS and other safety systems.
- Familiar with enterprise-level track-and-trace systems, as well as implementation experience.
- Experience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI) may be required.
- Strong knowledge of SCM systems, as well as Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing third-party logistics providers.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.
- Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.
- Solid project management skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good financial and business awareness.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.

**Working Conditions**
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.

- Overtime as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
