We are looking for a Salon Manager who is confident, great with people, and can efficiently run our busy store.? Our managers are creative thinkers, mentors, and coaches who push for outcomes and our employees' growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and **experienced** Store Manager to oversee the operations of our esteemed facility. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales. **Your primary role as a Store Manager**
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee retail sales and merchandising efforts to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.
- Supervise staff, provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Create policies and procedures designed to enhance the performance of team members
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Oversee in-store promotional events and displays
- Drive service and retail sales and the client experience
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Track and analyze sales reports
- General operations such as booking appointments, inventory, cleaning, etc.
- Performing opening and or closing duties
- Administrative duties related to front desk
- Ensuring staff complete daily cleaning tasks
- Ensure that the store remains clean and sanitary at all times
- Create work schedules
- Address and resolve any complaints that clients may have about the store or its employees
- Not required but would be an added advantage if you can perform services for eyebrow threading and waxing, and any other esthetical services
- Other related tasks as assigned

**Qualifications to be a Store Manager**
- At least 2 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
- Targets. The numbers excite you, your sales targets don’t stand a chance
- Passion for all things beauty

- Must be willing to work on the floor for services we offer
- Must be able to work 1 day of weekend
- Must be able to work some evenings as required
