As the Manager of Program Quality & Compliance you will be accountable for the regulatory oversight of occupational-training program quality and performance at private career colleges: this includes, but is not limited to:

- The performance standards provided by regulation;- Alignment with employer, labour-market, and 3rd party regulatory requirements;
- Reviews and inspections as provided by the Private Career Colleges Act;
- Coordination of effective inspections; regulatory oversight, and related stakeholder engagement.

The position is also responsible for managing the reporting by, inspection of, and regulatory compliance of registered language schools as well as supporting the Director of Private Career Colleges in informing, advising, document drafting, report preparation, and assuming delegated responsibilities.

The position is based in Halifax and involves regular travel throughout the province.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with several years of related experience to the oversight or delivery of occupational-training.

You have a proven track record in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment where you have built diverse, inclusive, multi-disciplinary teams where people thrive and produce results.

You have extensive experience in program development or assessment, management and administration, qualitative and quantitative analysis of multi-sourced information and data, the development of policies and procedures, and risk management and mitigation strategies. You bring innovation and best practices to your all aspects of your work.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

**Salary Range**:_ _$2,943.75 - $3,679.70 Bi-Weekly
