**Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Advisor**

Rate of Pay: $33.64 per hour - $42.05 per hour

Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management

As the Leadership Recruitment and Talent Management Advisor, you will work with Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultants to facilitate recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process including pre-screening and assessment. You will be a main point of contact for applicants throughout the process and will answer questions, address concerns and keeping them updated on their status in the hiring process.

**How you'll contribute**:

- Developing and managing job postings and providing internal recruitment knowledge
- Conducting interviews for Expression of Interest (EOI) leadership opportunities
- Participating in interviews on selection panel as required
- Supporting Talent Management programs such as Aspiring Leader Program, Leaders in Transition and ePerformance
- Liaising with Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultants to determine job content information, and validates qualification requirements, conducts job shadows in association with job description creation

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a college diploma in Business - Human Resources or as acceptable by the hospital or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or as acceptable to the hospital
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation preferred
- Minimum three (3) years recent, related job experience in a high volume recruitment or talent management setting
- You are skilled with Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.,) and ideally bring experience with PeopleSoft
- Possession of strong customer service orientation and has demonstrated experience building and managing professional relationships
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

**Immunization Requirements**:
Before beginning employment at LHSC, all new hires will be required to:

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis;
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step);
- Provide proof of Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccination reflective of Ontario Health’s current definition of being fully vaccinated
