**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a one year Certificate in Human Resources Management, Business or Office Administration
- Certified Human Resources Professional preferred (CHRP)
- Minimum six (6) months recent, related job experience in a high volume setting
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and Intranet
- Well-developed problem solving skills in a deadline oriented environment
- Customer Service focused
- Well-developed interpersonal skills demonstrating active listening
- Advanced ability to function harmoniously within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities/deadlines while attending to numerous details in a high-stress environment
- Advanced ability to work effectively within a team or independently using initiative
- Advanced ability to develop collaborative relationships and interface effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization
- Ability to conceptualize, analyze and solve problems

- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Immunization Requirements:

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
