As the Rental Sales Manager for Canada, you will be expected to lead business development efforts to acquire new customers for Aerzen Rental Solutions with specific focus on industrial / municipal markets and channel partners. **Essential Functions Statement(s)**
- Serve as main point of contact for all inquiries and sales opportunities and work with inside sales team to provide timely and accurate information and quotations to perspective and established customers.
- Effectively manage the relationship with key customer accounts, understand the landscape within each key account, the decisions makers and how decisions are made.
- Promote and develop relationships in the rental industry to position Aerzen Rental as best choice and respected supplier in the markets we serve within the rental industry.
- Engage customers with prompt problem resolution; this will consist of being on-call and available regularly.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
**Education**
Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) Preferred. Field of Study:Business or Engineering preferred, relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
**Experience**
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales of industrial equipment, technical solutions, or engineered rental solutions within a manufacturing, engineering, or related industry.
- Direct experience with rotary screw compressors and positive displacement blowers is a plus.
**Functional skills**
Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills; high attention to details
and ability to analyze large amounts of data; analytical and logical thinker who can problem-solve and implement solutions, excellent with time management.
**Computer Skills**
- Ability to create, use and retrieve project related information from ERP systems, Product Configurator software, CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
- Advanced ERP system, processes, and validation skills required; Expert in Excel, with advanced knowledge of the other Microsoft Office products. Will learn and utilize other software systems in the role.
