**Responsibilities**:
Knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Proficient in QuickBooks (QB) and other accounting software.

Accurate, quick, logical and thorough in data entry and document management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional and positive approach in dealing with people

Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a growth environment

Organizational skills with the ability to plan and deliver on both short and long term tasks and projects

**Administrative**:
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff

Answer phone, distribute messages, transfer calls in a professional and timely manner

Manage and distribute office mail

Purchase/Replenish inventory of office supplies

Create and manage purchase orders related to general office purchases.

Maintain Accounting records room, (filing)

**Accounting**:
Assist with AP/AR transactions using QB including:
Scan vendor bills, save to appropriate directories

Post bills to QB

Input and manage payroll

Maintain/Update Vendor records, (address, remittance information, etc.)

Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements

**Skill Requirement**:
Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Time-management and organizational skills

**Education Requirement**:
College Certificate (OCC)

Police Check (General)

**Work Hours**:
Part-Time

24 Hours per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
