**About the role**

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Drywall Mudder and Taper is responsible for fixing drywall seams, covering nail and screw holes, ensuring a smooth uniform finish on walls and ceilings. This position requires a strong understanding of drywall finishing techniques.

Pay range for this position is $25.00-$35.00 per hour.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Inspecting drywall and preparing surfaces for mudding and taping, ensuring they are free from debris
- Using various types of tape depending on the job requirements.
- Inspect finish work to ensure quality standards
- Ensuring workspace is clean at end of work day and tools are put away

**What we’re looking for**
- 1+ years experience as a drywall mud/taper
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of different types of joint compounds and tapes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Must have proper PPE (steel toe boots, vest & hardhat)
