Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to ensure a smooth finish. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to drywall surfaces
  • Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Will train
