You will be working with other experienced team members, in a modern, hi-tech office. - **Must live in the Ottawa area with ability to reliably commute to our office.**:

- Be self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
- Be thorough, attentive and results oriented
- Be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with the Customers, and Management, in both English and French
- Maintain positive attitude
- Efficient, able to prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Responsibilities**:

- Enters sales orders within 24 hours upon their receipt from the customer and supplies order confirmations to our customers and identified sales representative
- Support salespeople with requests for samples, literature, quotes, and other requests
- Maintain up-to-date notes in the designated systems
- Be knowledgeable of the products sold and participates in ongoing training opportunities
- Special projects when available

**Salary**: $43,500.00 per year
