Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies for events such as Weddings, Corporate teambuilding events and golf tournaments, Celebration of life, milestone events, charities, political events, Xmas dinners/parties etc., )
- Conduct research on the expected audience
- Run social media accounts
- Place effective ads in newspapers and magazines
- Run online ad campaigns
- Create and distribute flyers
- Conduct post event analysis to determine which marketing strategies were most effective
- Engage with customers and provide information about the service
- Deliver persuasive presentations to promote the service
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and booths
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the marketing team
- Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the company

**Requirements**:

- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services
- Previous experience in sales/marketing /business is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent networking skills
- Strong organization skills
- Proactive and take initiatives

We are a Golf and Country Club open year around with three halls of various sizes for hosting events ranging from 40-300 people. We have a restaurant and Chef on site. We are looking for a motivated Promoter to join our team. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, engaging with customers, and delivering persuasive presentations to promote our services. You will also assist in setting up promotional displays and booths, collect customer feedback, and maintain a positive image while representing the company.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent public speaking and communication skills. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively market and sell products or services. Previous experience in sales and marketing is a big plus. Bilingual proficiency is also a plus.

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
