Ape Squared is looking for a Creative Line Producer to join us in crafting an immersive journey that brings together the best of cinematic and gaming experience for global audiences. As a Creative Line Producer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our game. You will collaborate with teams across departments to meet deadlines, handle resources to stay within scope, meet production deadlines, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit. We are looking for a highly organized and systematic leader with excellent communication and people management skills. You are resilient and adapt well to fast-paced, quickly changing situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enable the Game Director to achieve his/her creative vision
- Lead the Creative & Cinematics production team in managing the daily operations of Production for the project
- Partner with the Management & Supervisors to understand the overall game vision and requirements + communicate them across the production floor
- Accountable for crafting and maintaining project plans and schedules
- Monitor the project budget and overall planning while ensuring the production runs smoothly
- Recommend and implement new processes where efficiencies are needed to improve on-time or on-budget delivery
- Working with other production managers to create realistic schedules and mitigate risks/blockers
- Communicate missed deadlines to management and strategize on achieving those with mínimal impact on other teams
- Meet with your team to clarify milestones, prioritize deliverables, give updates, address concerns, provide direction, gather feedback, etc
- Lead, guide and mentor a production team to support the needs of the game
- Be a team motivator and guide them all the time
- Support company initiatives for team and culture building

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of project management experience in game development publishing AAA game projects
- Must have demonstrated the ability to deliver large, complex projects (quality standards, budget constraints and effective team output)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize workload combined with a sense of urgency, work well under pressure and meet multiple critical deadlines daily
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced creative team environment
- Passionate about the games and entertainment industry
