**The Role**

The Creative Director is a new and exciting addition to the Creative Design Team. Overseeing the Creative Design team (comprised of Art Directors) and working closely with the Visual Design and Media Production teams (e.g. Animation, Illustration, UX Design and Articulate Storyline 360 development), this role exists to pave a creative vision forward and support the team through this critical growth period for the business.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Learning Operations, this is a role with a dual focus - supporting a talented team to realize their potential and deliver amazing work, while supporting the business in terms of pushing creativity, improving processes, and optimizing workflows. You understand how to deliver quality within a business context.

**What You’ll Do**

**_Leading the Work _**- Partner with the Management Team Custom Digital Learning (CDL) to maintain/define a cutting-edge vision for delivery of world class training services and operational best practices.
- Direct projects from concept to completion with mínimal oversight, ensuring that our projects consistently maintain a high degree of innovation and quality
- Lead the creation of visually stunning end-to-end experience design concepts
- Maintain a critical eye for processes and quality and lead by example for how you want the team to work
- Work through the team to meet deadlines in a time sensitive industry
- Collaborate with team members to produce ideas and provide the creative guidance for the new designs

**_Leading the Team _**- Provide regular guidance to 5+ Art Directors, ensuring that they succeed in their role, and that our creative vision is being followed
- Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary
- Own design principles, establishing brand, tone and manner, brand guidelines, and visual identity
- Foster team development and improved performance. Set a vision for the team, foster further collaboration and work to unlock further creative potential in others.
- Support individual reports through coaching, feedback and skill development.

**_Leading the Business _**- Identify opportunities and mitigate risk with the media conceptualization and production process
- Prioritize needs and requests based on the needs of the business and drive those priorities within the team
- Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value
- Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments
