**Annual Salary: $82,104.75 - $102,644.10**

Under the direct supervision of the Manager - Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, the Supervisor - Procurement & Materials Management is responsible for leading sourcing & contracting initiatives, the materials management functions of the organization (Stores & Shipping / Receiving), the Print Shop & Central Equipment Portering functions.

**Qualifications**:
**_Education/Experience:_**
- Post-Secondary School education in Business, Materials Management or Inventory Management preferred
- Five years Materials Management / Inventory management experience preferably in a healthcare environment

**_Skills/Abilities:_**
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct reports, coworkers, colleagues and external contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, team building and coaching skills.
- Ability to function and contribute as an effective team member and to work independently.
- Ability to identify, understand, and meet/exceed the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet various deadlines.
- Must be at an advanced skill level in word processing, spreadsheet and data entry.
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
- Must be competent within the meaning of the Occupational Health & Safety Act

**_Assets:_**
- C.P.P. or CSCMP designation or equivalent an asset.
