NESTERRA Massage Therapy clinic is hiring a full-time/part-time administrative assistant to join our team. Ideally, we are seeking an individual who has at least one year of experience working in a health and wellness work environment.

A brand-new massage therapy clinic is opening in south Winnipeg this summer, projected opening Jul-1 Right in the midst of vibrant neighborhoods like Linden Woods, White Ridge, Bridgwater that make it the perfect spot for the clinic. The clinic will be located at 150-1570 Kenaston Blvd in the busy traffic area with a lot of parking slots around. The clinic features six treatment rooms, a luxurious wellness lounge with cozy fireplace, a welcoming reception area, and a staff room.

**Job description. What you will be doing.**
- Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and provide fantastic customer service.
- Maintaining electronic client’s files in Jane App.
- Ensure clients understand clinic policies.
- Provide clients with detailed descriptions of massage treatments, packages, and products.
- Actively promote services and products.
- Taking payments/handling cash as well as direct billings to insurance companies.
- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
- Complete/type documents as required with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies, inform management when stock is low.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or clients in the clinic that require attention.
- Light cleaning duties.

**Position requirements**:

- Previous experience in a massage clinic, physiotherapy or medical practice environment
- Experience with insurance billing (TELUS, Manitoba blue cross, Sun life etc.).
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with Jane Booking system
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office.
- Detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
- Strong proactive approach to problem-solving and tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be a team player.
- Flexible to work shifts in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
- Weekend availability
- Vulnerable sector check.
- Legal ability to work in Canada.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
