Diamed is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are entered correctly, identify and address potential issues as possible. In time you will be required to learn our products, be aware of the orders entered & outstanding, issues which need to be resolved and the value of orders entered that day. Acting in the role of CSR you will be expected to act independently, proactively and professionally.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based on 30 hours per week. Further information respecting the position can be found below.

**Position**

As a Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for processing orders, assisting customers and staff, documenting and resolving issues from our main office. Diamed has become known for our top quality customer service; our new and most loyal customers have come to expect nothing but the best from our staff.

We provide high quality product at a fair market price and we manage to retain customers in this competitive environment with our outstanding service; you will be a key part of this team effort.

**Duties will include the following**:

- Resolve (Receiving/collecting & entering) purchase orders provided or sent by customers and staff
- Documenting, maintaining & resolving both existing and new standing orders
- Communicating with customers and staff to prevent and resolve issues regarding product and the supply of products in timely manner.
- Recording and implementing solutions concerning our medical exam gloves, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Recording and providing RGA information where necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Upon request obtain and provide customers with certificates of sterility from vendors

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience with responsibilities in Phone orders, Order processing, maintaining computerized records and general office duties.
- Friendly, Approachable, Dependable and Reliable with the Ability to take ownership and initiative.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills.
- high level of commitment to exceptional customer service with good telephone presence and manners.
- Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word & Excel - and the ability to learn how to interact and keep updated the computer software we use to operate our company.

**Compensation**
