**Job Title: Shear and Manual Press Brake Operator**

**Position Overview**:
As a Manual Press Brake Operator at Precision Alloy Products, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to precise specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and production schedules while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up manual press brake and shear, including adjusting machine settings for different metal types and thicknesses.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and setup requirements.
- Measure and mark metal sheets or plates for accurate bending and shaping.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise.
- Some welding and fitting will be required based on production needs

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Manual Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of press brake operations, including machine setup, tooling, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Proficiency with measuring tools and instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to weld, fabricate and learn new skills based on business needs

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Stamina to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Visual acuity and depth perception for precise welding operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
