Café Attendant

**Hardwood Ski and Bike** is a premier Outdoor Recreation Facility, known best for Nordic Skiing and Mountain Biking. We pride ourselves in offering amazing customer service for year round activities. With regular day users, events, races, corporate functions, school groups or day camp, there is always something fun happening at the resort.The Trails End Café at Hardwood Ski and Bike provides great food to our guests after enjoying our trails or during one of our many events.

Trails End Cafe Supervisor and Attendant:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Handling cash and credit/debit payments.
- Serving hot and cold beverages.
- Preparing menu items and using all kitchen equipment
- Supervising cafe staff when Kitchen Manager is absent.
- Ensuring Kitchen is clean at the end of each day.
- Working well within a team as well as independently.

**Required skills and abilities**:

- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with the public.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must.
- Experience operating deep fryers, flat top, gas stove, and hot tables.
- Working weekends, some weekdays and holidays and occasional evenings.

Hours: 15-30 per week. Hours typically within 9am-5pm or as events determine.
