Nationex is looking for a curious and autonomous person who likes to offer unparalleled service for his or her position as a level 2 computer technician.
**The tasks you will accomplish**:

- Respond to all computer requests assigned to you in our ticketing system;
- Assist users in the use of various computer equipment (multifunction printers, etc.);
- Prepare new computer workstations and equipment and install them;
- Prepare and configure mobile devices;
- First-level networking support;
- Repair or replace computer and office parts;
- Make supplier service calls as well as follow-ups;
- Monitor and maintain inventory;
- Configure the user's work environment (files, programs and peripherals);
- Plan the sending and receiving of materials;
- Travel to customers' homes to carry out the necessary installations;
- Any other related tasks aimed at achieving the team's objectives.

If you have the following qualifications, we want you on our team:

- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.), or equivalent training in computer science;
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Sufficient knowledge of the English language;
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (occasional trips);
- Hands-on experience with Windows environments is an asset;
- Working knowledge of office and network security products as well as the configuration of printers, mapped drives and shared folders is an asset;
- Knowledge of GPO systems is an asset.
