Britannia Fleet services is currently seeking a service Administrative Assistant to Assist the mobile department in managing process and paperwork flow.

- Input and update new customers equipment into the Emdecs system
- Process repair work orders and timesheets for technicians
- Organize, scan repair work orders and file all invoices
- Follow established departmental SOP’s
- Perform other duties as assigned

**EXPERIENCE & SKILL**:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Meets deadlines in a timely manner-
- Works well independently and as part of a team-
- Organized with strong attention to detail-
- Proficient in MS Office-
