**Position**: Mortgage Administrator (Full-Time)

**Benefits**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in reading T4, T1, and NOA (Notice of Assessment) is required.
- Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and underwriters to gather necessary information.
- Utilize accounting principles to analyze financial documents and assess applicants' financial viability.
- Verify income, assets, and liabilities to determine eligibility and affordability.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations governing mortgage lending.
- Stay updated on changes in mortgage laws, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and review mortgage documents, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle escalations promptly and professionally.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor delinquencies, defaults, and foreclosure proceedings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting Background(experienced in Payroll),Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in mortgage administration or financial services.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with mortgage underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in mortgage management software and Microsoft Office suite is an asset.
- Certification in mortgage lending or related field (e.g., Mortgage Broker License) is an asset.
- Must be Proficient in English language.

**Salary**: $18.00-$33.68 per hour
