As a member of the customer care team, you interact with our customers to offer them solutions on a daily basis. You are skillful, caring and sincere. You speak human, and you know how to choose your words to compose meaningful explanations, both simple and personalized.

In the eyes of our customers, you are the oxio difference. By helping them, you create a powerful bond. Word of mouth and the enthusiasm of our ambassadors are the fruits of your patient work.

We’re looking for a part time customer service rep who will engage with our customers on a chat platform that’ll be available between the times of **_7AM-10PM PST._**

**Responsibilities**
- Interacting with the customers to answer their questions and solve their problems.
- Learn and document new processes and informations.
- Help colleagues.
- Use customer feedback to improve our services.

- You have a hard time falling asleep until you get to inbox zero and know that follow-ups will be done with your customers.

- You are comfortable with technology. Resourceful, you are used to looking for information on your own.

️ **Qualifications**
- An insatiable desire to help customers.
- Available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for shift work for 8 hour shifts between the times of 7AM-10PM PST.

**Responsabilités**
- Interagir avec les clients pour répondre à leurs questions et résoudre leurs problèmes.
- Apprendre et documenter de nouveaux processus et informations.
- Aider les collègues.
- Utiliser les commentaires des clients pour améliorer nos services.

**Ce qu'on recherche**
- Votre expression écrite est parfaite. Vos amis vous font relire leurs devoirs avant de les rendre. Et quand ils oublient des espaces insécables, ça vous agace.
- Vous avez du mal à vous endormir tant que vous n'êtes pas arrivé au niveau _inbox zero_ et que vous savez que les suivis seront faits avec vos clients.
- Vous avez une empathie au-dessus de la moyenne. Vous restez calme lorsque tout le monde s'énerve.
- Vous êtes la personne que votre famille appelle lorsqu'il s'agit de régler des problèmes informatiques.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec la technologie. Débrouillard, vous avez l'habitude de chercher des informations par vous-même.
