**Position Title: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator**

Do you want to work for an organization where people care about each other? We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced social media & Marketing Coordinator.

In this challenging position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Brand and Design and be responsible for providing support for Chestnut Park Real Estate’s ongoing communications and marketing efforts through the development, implementation and evaluation of social media strategies and marketing initiatives.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Serving as the first point of contact for agents and employees, handling daily inquiries professionally with the ability to communicate clearly to the team the required task(s).
- Oversee the day-to-day requests, using internal project management tools.
- Liaise between agents and marketing team to ensure deadlines & timelines are being met.
- Prioritize and assign marketing requests to the team. Ensuring all project briefs are outlined with accuracy to ensure a high-level of standards. Proofreading all marketing materials before agent approval and print production.
- Participate and lead marketing meetings to update project statuses, urgent requests, and improvements on workflow.
- Coordinate in-house print production requests and manage relationships with external print vendors.
- Assist with additional tasks to support the efficiency of the marketing department and other departments.
- Develops and maintains an appropriate online social presence on social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and blogs that promotes an excellent online image of Chestnut Park Real Estate (CPRE) and agents.
- Curate and manage feature properties e-newsletters, social and brand campaigns.
- Collaborates with marketing and communications team to coordinate social media strategies (scope, deliverables, and schedules) and create and maintain content as required.
- Partners with all departments and agent community and associations to provide guidance/assistance on the development of social media content, meet their social media objectives, feature opportunities while maintaining brand and content consistency.
- Responsible for production/editing of print and digital marketing and ensuring communications and marketing materials meet CPRE brand standards and needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, social media, or project management. Real estate experience is a plus
- Combined knowledge of design processes and technologies for web with visual communication skills
- Ability to function at an extremely high-level on both the PC and MAC platforms and Microsoft Suite software
- Excellent organization, analytical, research and time management skills with ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively

**Onboarding for this position will be 9-5 Monday to Friday on-site schedule.**
