Division Services Centre
Administrative Services II - Early Learning
Part Time - 21 hours/week
**Duties to Commence**: August 23, 2024
**Qualifications and Duties**:
Committed to being a model and witness to Christ-centered education values and beliefs.
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette and reception skills.
Knowledge of basic office routines, procedures and practices is required.
Experience with PowerSchool/Rycor and/or other office administrative software is an asset.
Competency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Google Docs, Google Calendar and Gmail is an asset.
Experience with creating spreadsheets with embedded formulas, accounting, reconciling and submitting expense records is required.
Ability to work independently and with some supervision.
Assist with the Pre-Kindergarten registration procedures including planning, organizing and screening.
Manage student information for children who qualify for Program Unit Funding (PUF).
Receive, log, track and arrange professional development, equipment, and materials.
Manages and maintains school profiles.
Other duties as assigned.
