**What You'll Do;**

As our Marketing Coordinator for Sporting Life, you will coordinate and execute Sporting Life's marketing strategies across its various communication channels. Your objective will be to drive sales to our 14 retail store locations and through eCommerce.

To support our growth plans, we have created this new role in our team to ensure the successful execution of all consumer communication channels and the day-to-day production of marketing assets. In this role, you will report to the Advertising & Promotion Marketing Manager and work closely with the entire marketing team and cross-functionally with other departments, including E-Commerce, Merchandising, Operations, and Compliance.

- Supporting the execution of seasonal and promotional plans to drive traffic and sales.
- Building close relationships between various teams, including merchandising, operations, e-commerce, graphic design, and digital and social media.
- Transforming promotional offer details into omnichannel marketing assets.
- Leading the coordination briefs for brand campaigns and weekly promotional initiatives, working with channel owners to ensure consistency while maintaining brand standards.
- Developing and maintaining the marketing team's image and content asset library.
- Proofing content for both brand & promotional campaigns under the guidance of the Advertising & Promotion Marketing Manager.

**What You'll Bring;**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Experience in marketing or communications, preferably within a retail industry.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and has strong project management skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and time management.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
- Experience working with creative and production resources for digital and print media.
- Quick learner and enjoys taking on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Energetic, Adaptable, Creative, and Resourceful.
