Office Administrator

** Please note that we are located in a rural area without any close public transport. Your own reliable transportation is required.

Monday to Friday office administrative tasks, including:

- entering invoices
- preparing payroll (under 10 staff)
- answering phones
- preparing basic quotes
- filing, keeping track of license renewals, etc
- dispatch (3-5 staff)
- organization of vehicle maintenance
- support the rest of the team as necessary
- keeping the office tidy

The good:

- some flexibility with hours, especially in the off-season
- paid vacation
- benefits (after 3 months)
- casual attire
- competitive pay based on experience and responsibilities
- the office will primarily be your own domain for many hours of the day

The not so good:

- office is a trailer, bathroom is located across the parking lot. If you don't want to walk outside in -20 or +30 to go pee, this is not the job for you.
- it's a sand pit, so the office gets dusty fast and needs to be cleaned frequently. If you have dust allergies, this probably is not the job for you.
- we are not located near any public transportation so own reliable transportation is required
- if you want to be part of a big, social team, this is not the job for you. If you hate being alone, this is not the job for you. If you hate kids and animals, this is not the job for you. We're a small team, and it's a family. Owner lives on-site so young kids and pets frequent the office. It will be quiet a lot of the time, with moments of chaos.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:
