Evening Cleaner required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning (minimum of 3 years). Janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and understand work orders.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks and the ability to find other tasks to do if you’ve completed the workorder.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks, be able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties.
- Able to lift 20 lbs or more.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with carpet cleaning and tile and grout.
- Must be ready willing and able to work evenings.
- Able to pass and provide a criminal background check.
- A Valid “G” driver's license
- Clean driving abstract
- Reliable and punctual
- Familiar with alarm systems and securing properties before leaving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to supervisor.
- Weekly carpet cleaning.
- Weekly tile and grout cleaning.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- Thunder Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Cleaning: 3 years (required)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
