**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Inventory Management > work closely with the Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams to ensure that FIFO processes are followed and data is correct and up to date- Record Keeping > utilizing inventory management software to track and update inventory data- Stock Audits > conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and system records- Monitoring Stock Levels > reviewing inventory against production demands to foresee and resolve inventory shortages or excess- Cycle Counts > end of week inventory reconciliation- Analysis > proactively flag inventory discrepancies and follow up with root cause analysis

**What We Are Looking For**:
- Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.- Understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.- You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.- You have a good eye for detail and advanced problem-solving skills- WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred- Experience in a warehouse operation is preferred- Ability to train and coach others is preferred- Forklift and/or reach truck experience is an asset
