**Inventory Control Analyst**
**Status**:Full time, Permanent
**Location**:Ville Saint-Laurent

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Plant Controller, our organization is currently hiring an **Inventory Control Analyst** to work in our food processing facility. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review, and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of inventory including accuracy of inventory transfers, adjustments, receiving, production, and cycle counting
- Responsible for coordinating the physical inventory of the warehouse
- Responsible for coordinating warehouse cycle count
- Compile results, update reports and measure accuracy of physical inventories
- Perform audits of recounts, analyze results, and adjust as necessary
- Manage your time to meet deadlines
- Validate and confirm that inventory transfers between warehouses in the ERP are accurate
- Presents inventory reports weekly at operation meetings
- Works hand in hand with the plant controller and finances, guaranteeing that everything balances out in the system.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2- 3 years of experience in inventory control or similar experience
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous experience with warehouse management and ERP systems and processes is required
- Written and spoken bilingualism: English and French
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Must be flexible and be able to work well under pressure of deadlines & changing priorities
- Positive attitude, team oriented and quick problem solver
- Strong analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
