**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with managers on posting job openings and ensuring clarity in position requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to reflect current needs.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, including soft skills.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and conducting structured interviews.
- Build applicant sources by researching and reaching out to community services, colleges, universities, employment agencies, recruiters, and online platforms. Provide information about the organization, opportunities, and benefits, while maintaining rapport.
- Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in both English and French is an asset.
- Advanced interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are required.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of files, personal information, and sensitive matters.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and on time, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) is an asset.
- Act with integrity, good judgment, and discretion in all interactions.
