Parts & Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Parts & Service Automotive Advisor** to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Consult with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, providing accurate estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and communicate updates to customers.
- Manage and maintain parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing parts.
- Process customer orders, including identifying and sourcing the correct parts, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and services provided.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers on parts and service options.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and sales strategies to increase parts and service sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a parts advisor, service advisor, or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service and parts management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
