We are looking for a new member to add to our team. As a Parts Advisor for Race Toyota you will work closely with the Parts Manager, Service advisors and Service Technicians. You will need to be proficient with invoicing systems and computer input. You will be required to be able to handle heavy tires and wheels regularly. Tagging and organizing seasonal tires in on site storage units. Maintain locations of all tires and wheels. You will be required to sort and organize parts orders, contact customers and or service staff as parts arrive. Technicians will look to you to provide them required parts before they service vehicles. Assist Manager with maintaining inventory. You will need to have a great phone presence providing customers with accurate pricing and availability of parts. And any other duties required to keep the department efficient.
