**About the Role**

RAM's Technical Support is responsible for troubleshooting problems and helping dealers install new products. This individual requires strong technical knowledge and skills, and an exceptional customer service approach.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of electrical technical drawings using Electra and/or AutoCAD
- Support dealers installing new products with technical support over the phone.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to the RAM electrical and field installation team.
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting as required.
- Parts order review and processing
- Technical order review and processing
- Other technical support activities assigned by the Technical Support Lead/Management.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of electronics, component identification, troubleshooting, understanding basic circuits is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electra & AutoCAD 2D software
- VSD and PLC experience an asset
- Must have Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English is required
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Solidworks software is an asset

We will provide training specific to our products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
