**We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Analyst - Systems in Regina, SK.**

The Network Analyst (Systems) plays a pivotal role in managing servers and their respective services within a service provider environment, delivering a range of internet, video, and voice services. This position encompasses overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of various server systems to ensure their reliability and performance in supporting seamless service delivery.

**Main Duties**:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize server systems.
- Utilize scripting skills to automate routine system administration tasks.
- Monitor server performance, conduct system audits, manage updates and patches.
- Develop and implement security protocols for server and virtualization environments.
- Continuously assess and analyze infrastructure performance, recommending improvements or upgrades to support evolving business needs.

Hours of work will include being on call on a rotating basis with other team members.
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Red Hat Certified RHCE/RHCSA, Linux Professional Institute Certification LPIC-1/LPIC-2/LPIC-3 or equivalent certification focusing on server administration.
- Certifications in the Nutanix Certification path NCP/NCAP or VMWare certification path VCP-DCV are a plus.
- Five years + of experience in systems and network engineering.
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting network services including DHCP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.
- Practical experience in managing and optimizing Nutanix virtualization environments and Cohesity data backup solutions.
- Extensive experience in managing Linux servers, particularly with CentOS and Alma Linux distributions.
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Clear Criminal Record Check

**What will help you succeed in this role?**
- A good understanding of foundational network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Proficiency in scripting for automating routine tasks.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in server and virtualized environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
