You will be a Data Analyst on the Operations and Performance team within the Business Analysis and Reporting team. You will build and analyze various sales reports across different traffic sources and devices.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Creating, maintaining, optimizing, streamlining, and/or automating daily, weekly, and monthly reports,
- Completing Ad-hoc requests for key stakeholders,
- Preparing and Interpreting Data to publish statistical and financial reports as well as forecast models,
- Analyzing trends and marketing promotions to determine current and future impacts on various KPIs
- Collaborating with other departments to improve communication and results,
- Translating data into meaningful information and presenting actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- Bachelor's in Business, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields,
- Professional experience: 0-1 year in a similar role,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Required (Pivot tables, experience with cubes, data analysis toolpack, graphs, VBA),
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau,
- Experience tracking and analyzing sales reports in the past; enjoy building spreadsheets,
- Data-driven and analytical,
- Autonomous and a creative problem-solver,
- Curious and willing to constantly expand your knowledge,
- SQL
