This position is in a fast moving, deadline driven environment. Responsible for colour, black & white reprographics, finishing operations. mailroom activities and data entry. Must be able to work in both team and single person environment and able to assist all customers in a manner that meets or exceeds our expectations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Data Entry
- Enter print requests into billing program
- Speed and accuracy are key to successful billing/data entry management
- Production of requested jobs on colour, black & white and large format equipment
- Determine output requirements
- Machine set-up
- Print and check proofs
- Run job
- Remove output
- Deliver output
- Operation of assorted finishing equipment
- Paper cutter
- Paper drill
- Folder
- Inserter
- Laminator
- Perform maintenance and repair of areas to maximize customer uptime
- Clean equipment and change supplies as required
- Monitor and manage supplies

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset
- B&W and colour printer
- Freeflow
- Paper cutter
- Paper drill
- Autopunch / Autocoiler
- Large format print & finishing equipment

Demonstrate full knowledge of Xerox equipment, service offerings and processes.
- Able to operate large centralized digital equipment
- Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
- Experience in finishing environment, operating finishing /binding equipment
- Math skills (multiplication, division, percentages)
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to read, write and follow instructions
- Listen, understand and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Able to work with others in a team atmosphere or in a single person site with mínimal supervision
- Other related duties as assigned
