- Recruter, embaucher, développer et retenir les meilleurs talents de vente pour les magasins afin d’inclure d’excellents niveaux de dotation
- Former et développer continuellement des équipes
- Fournir une rétroaction uniforme sur le rendement
- Reconnaître les problèmes de rendement en temps opportun et établir un partenariat avec le directeur général et le gestionnaire régional des RH pour élaborer des plans d’action en vue de les résoudre
- S'assurez que toutes les directives visuelles sont exécutées selon les normes.
- Diriger et exécuter le merchandising stratégique pour maximiser les normes de vente et de présentation
- Partenaire dans l’exécution de l’emplacement de tout le traitement des marchandises et le flux avec des normes exceptionnelles stockroom / entrepôt
- S’associer au directeur général et au directeur de district/directeur régional pour exécuter le plan d’affaires de l’emplacement qui génèrent des résultats et maximisent les occasions d’affaires
- Atteindre des budgets financiers prédéterminés pour inclure la limitation de la masse salariale
- Fidélisez la marque de l’entreprise en faisant preuve de leadership commercial, de coaching et de connexion avec l’expérience client
- Atteindre les objectifs de réduction des pertes des magasins tout en maintenant toutes les normes opérationnelles pour sécuriser les actifs.

- Solides compétences en analyse, en établissement de priorités, en relations interpersonnelles, en résolution de problèmes et en planification
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Compétences en collaboration et capacité à bien travailler au sein d’une équipe
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et axé sur les délais
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les jours fériés, les nuits et les fins de semaine
- Esprit d’entreprise et capacité de prendre des décisions éclairées dans un environnement trépidant
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou expérience équivalente.
- Trois (3) ans d’expérience en marchandisage, en exploitation et en personnel en tant que directeur de vente au détail dans un grand magasin ou un magasin spécialisé / cadeaux.
- Expérience dans la gestion d’associés aux ventes syndiqués.

- Direct and execute strategic merchandising to maximize sales and presentation standards
- Partner in the location’s execution of all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in conjunction with exceptional stockroom/warehouse standards
- Partner with General Manager and District Manager/Regional Director to execute the location business plan that drive results and maximize business opportunities
- Achieve predetermined financial budgets to include payroll containment
- Drive the company’s brand loyalty through demonstrating sales leadership, coaching and connecting with the customer experience
- Achieve location shrink goals while maintaining all operational standards to secure the assets of the location

- Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- College Degree or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years of merchandising, operations, and personnel experience as a retail manager in either a department store or specialty/gift store.
