**Administrative Assistant, Levitt Sheikh LLP**

**Responsibilities**:

- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Providing personal assistant support to a firm Partner.
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of legal document briefs
- Help to maintain filing and storage system
- Assist the management in updating of office policies and procedures
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provide general support to Office Manager
- Liaise with legal assistants and accounting clerks to handle requests and queries from lawyers and the Accounting Manager
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Schedule meetings and welcome and greet clients.

**Experience Requirements**
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

**Education Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
