**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our awesome team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our restaurant's atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables.
- Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods, ensuring guests are informed of wait times.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area, including menus and promotional materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall dining experience for guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and helping others.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing outstanding guest experiences.
