**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests during their visit, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and answering questions about the menu or services offered.

**Skills**
- Strong guest services orientation with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
