**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards. Bake mixed dough and batters.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Decorate baked goods with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to food preparation or kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling food products.
- Experience in cake decorating or baking is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
