Production Operator

Reporting to the shift lead, the Production Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely production. The individual will be actively involved in the production process including quality control and completing necessary documentation.

**Responsibilities**:
In your role, you will be responsible for:

- Production
- Safety
- Quality
- Reporting

Typical Task/Work Activities
- Ensure production lines are operated in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, and quality procedures, to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Perform regular workplace inspections to determine areas that require maintenance or repair.
- Maintain general housekeeping of work area(s).
- Monitor product quality, perform in-process inspection and finished goods inspections.
- Ensure all logs, equipment monitoring checklists, operator logs, are completed accurately.
- Fill out incident reports, Hazard Assessments and other forms as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
