**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the operational process, structure, and discipline of product planning across large cross-functional teams
- Create scalable, durable processes that scale product operations across the company
- Drive alignment between product strategies and business goals, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize product operations.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication and consensus among product teams and executives.
- Facilitate effective information flow between product teams and senior leadership, tracking and reporting on project developments and strategic outcomes.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations or product management within a technology-focused organization.
- Demonstrated history of leading and delivering complex product initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Background in product planning tools, frameworks, and processes
- Experience in facilitating collaboration and driving consensus among cross-functional teams in a product development context.
- Commitment to the mission of transforming lives through learning, as evidenced by previous work or projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and resource allocation within a product development context.
- Background in software development with an emphasis on building user-facing products
- Proven track record in project or product management roles, with a history of achieving measurable results.
- Experience in educational technology, online learning platforms, or a related domain is a plus.
